FACT: The time that the NDIA takes to make Home and Living decisions and the inadequacy of many of its SDA decisions is negatively impacting SDA provider and investor business models.

FACT: Our services have been almost entirely funded by the NDIA for 8 years, yet that source of funding has been recently declining. This affects our ability to support optimal numbers of SDA eligible NDIS participants as well as the ongoing viability of our enterprise.

SOLUTION: We’re pitching to organisations that they pay for the services we provide for participants whom they refer to us. We’re optimistic that the offering will at least partly coalesce solutions for these problems.
